Color Throw Down 123
I loved the colors for this week's Color Throw Down challenge of baja breeze, cameo coral, and always artichoke. The Basic Grey dp seemed to have those colors in it so I used it to add a little patterned variety to my card. The stamp is from a new set coming out next week by Mark's Finest Papers. I thought this would make a cute teaparty invite for some little girl's birthday. I punched the design paper with the scalloped circle from Stampin' Up and then I cut every other section of it out to make the flower. The coral flower middle is the SU flower punch. I used a large pearl as the center. A Martha Stewart punch was used as the under layered strip behind the design paper panel. I colored the image with copic markers.

Very sweet card. I like your loopy border punch detail.
OH my. I love the design on that teacup!!! Pretty card Liz. How are you? Ok, so I'm convinced that Mother Nature forgot to turn the thermostat down in Houston!! What is going on. Is this typical??
I'm so excited Liz. We just bought a house in Atascacita this week. Great deal and I'm sooooo ready to get out of this tiny rental and finally unpack all my stuff. We close around the first or feb, after we get settled in, just know that you have an invite to come up and spend the day with me creating anytime!! I know it's a long drive, but it would be wonderful to have a visitor.
I hope you enjoyed your holiday Chick. Have a blessed week, Melisa
