I am going out of town for a few days, so I needed to complete this COF challenge before I left. Liz D picked our "Fun in the Sun" theme. I also used this for today's WT381 challenge over on Splitcoaststampers.
It was to use children on your card or make a card for a child. I love the beach in the summer and I have always treasured this stamp from Stampin' Up that is in my all time collection of retired stamps that I will never get rid of. I have only one sister as a sibling, so these sister type of stamps are always appealing to me as well.
