Power Poppy's Power and Sparkle Challenge
This is for the October Power Poppy challenge to a Mini and Mighty card. I love the fall colors of browns and oranges, so I used them on my card. This little note is so perfect to tuck into someone's purse just to let them know you are thinking about them. You can find the Power Poppy challenges on their blogsite: the Power Poppy Blog

Rubbernecker challenge gold and copper
I stamped leaves on some copper and gild papers and added them to my gold embossed card. I also used some fall colors of oxide inks along the edge of my card and added some stamped dots to emboss with gold embossing powder as well. I am always in need of thinking of you cards, so that is what the sentiment says.
I used this for the MIX challenge on SCS and am also using it for the Rubbernecker challenge as well.
RED, plaids, and stripes
I just love Unity girl stamps. I did some paper piecing on this and it is as fun as making paper dolls as a child. The challenge for the Unity challenge this time was to use plaids and stripes. I also am using this for the The Little Red Wagon challenge to use red. I love using red especially at Christmas and Valentines' Day. So, this is a Christmas card to add to my stash so that I will be ready to mail those cards out early and will have time for other things during the season instead of frantically getting cards made at the last minute. In fact this year I try to make at least one or two Christmas cards for some of the weekly challenges I do all year round.

Hi CCEE Fans,
It's Frances hosting our last challenge for the month.
Apparently tomorrow (27th) is Black Cat Day and Sunday (29th) Cat Day. So for our challenge this week include a cat on your creations … black or not.
Want to play along with us this week, don't forget to drop back here to enter the link to your card to Mr Linky over on the CCEEStampers blogsite HERE.
And while you are there, check out all the great ideas the team came up with for this challenge.
I used my oxide black ink for this card's background, I used distess in for the orange. The tree limb is a diecut, and the cat and secnetiment were stamped with versafine black. I wanted to give the effect that there were a few leaves still in the tree, so I stamped with my Itty Bitty StampUp stamp that I love using to add spots to. I don't really do Halloween, but I do love the colors of Halloween and the colors of a bright full moon in the night autumn sky.
I am entering it in this challenge too: AS YOU LIKE IT CHALLENGE

Mod Squad Fall Fest challenge
Fall is my favorite season of the year. The lovely colors of fall are my favorites and I welcome the cooler air. I made this card for the fall fest challenge over at MOD SQUAD CHALLENGE. I used a mixture of my oxide distress inks on white and then stamped the leaves (Flourishes), which I think was designed by Marcella Hawley years ago before she started Power Poppy. I have always been a big fan of her fabulous artwork. I also embossed the torn panel with an inked Darice embossing folder. The smaller leaves are a Martha Stewart punch, and the sentiment is from Stampabilities.

Hi Crafty Friends,
It's Frances here again today with another fun challenge!
Did you know that today is "Old Farmers Day" - let's show our appreciation to our farmers by creating something farm related today.
Want to play along with us this week, don't forget to drop back here to enter the link to your card to Mr Linky at the bottom of this blog post.
While you are over on the blogsipte, be sure to check out what our Design Team created this week for the challenge ..
Mine card is made with an old Stampin' Up set. I loved the tractor which is one of the farmer's pride possessions, and I loved the pumpkins and sunflowers for that fall feeling. I colored this with copic markers. And we say in Texas....Happy Fall, y'all!

Little Red Wagon challenge #414
I decided this card for the challenge on SCS is also perfect for the Little Red Wagon challenge as well to use leftovers. I make layouts with my leftover scraps and have them ready to go for future projects. So, today, I added the pumpkin, leaves and sentiment, also making use of scraps and stamps that I have left out on my stamping table. I gathered all these things up and created this card.
Check out the challenge you can find on The Little Red Wagon.
We finally got a day that feels like fall today in my part of Texas. It is only going to last a few days, but I will wish all of you this greeting, "Happy Fall, Y'all," since it feels right with the cool weather.
The House That Stamps Built Tic tac toe challenge
I am always looking for weekly challenges to try so this little tic/tac/toe challenge sounded fun to me. It can be found over on The House that Stamps Build blogsite HERE.
Here is my card in which I used a pumpkin, patterned paper, and metallics.
Rubbernecker Challenge #20 Halloween Boo
I used my smash method of applying my oxide inks for this background. Then I used the moon colored inks, spritzed it with water and put a round sponge into it and used the sponge to make my moon. These stamps are from some old retired SU stamps and are one of the only Halloween sets I own. The sentiment is from one of those stamps from Michael's bargain bins.
You can find the Rubbernecker challenge HERE.http://rubberneckerblog.com/halloween-boo-rubbernecker-challenge-20/.
Come join in on the fun.

Mod Squad - colors of fall
Trying to get this done this morning to enter in the Mod Squad challenge this week. I am always in need of thinking of you cards, and thought a masculine look might be a nice addition to the stash.
I inked my embossing folder with fall colors of Oxide inks, spritzed it and stamped on the color to my ivory card front. I did additional stamping in black ink, and die cut the word "prayers".

I made this for the F4A challenge on SCS and for A Vintage Journey's Crazy for Autumn color challenge. I used many of my fall colors of Oxide inks for my background using a Flourish leaf set from my stamp collection. The sentiment is from Rubbernecker stamps.
