CCEE1423

In honot of "Bank Holiday" in Ireland, we are doing a challenge here at CCEE using money or green. I didn't have any stamps that had anything to do with money, but I generated this Beatles' lyric on the computer thinking it might fit this challenge. Of course, I used lots of shades of green on this card. The card base was embossed with a Darise embossing folder that I had inked in various greens, but it didn't turn out where you could see it well. I added the Martha Stewart border and this little vine die cut from MFT. Hope you will join in on the fun over at CCEE this week.

I love all your shades of green, but weren't you clever to add the Beatles lyric! Of course, I may not be thanking you by the end of the day, when I'm tired of singing it in my head!!! Lovely job on the challenge.that punched border is awesome!

Oh, how cool and clever to add the lyrics of a money-related song. I wish I'd thought of that - and the one you picked is one that DH sings, too. Your fabulous embossed background even has rather a Celtic feel to it!!

You're a woman after my own heart with this fabulous embossing folder. I never have any luck with inking the folders, but this turned out amazing. Really brings out the pattern of the folder. A most awesome border, too!
