TLC422

In honor of Holy Week, I am going to make use of my cross stamp collection on all the challenges I take part in this week, and share them here on my blog. This one I did this morning for the technique challenge on Mondays over on Splitcoaststampers. The challenge was to make a monochromatic card using shades of one color and one neutral color. I love the soft sky and baja breeze shades of blue that Stampin' Up offers, so I used that as my color choice. I think the rhinestones reflected that color very nicely. The cross image is from Our Daily Bread Designs and the sentiment is from Sweet and Sassy Stamps.

I also want to share part of  this wonderful prayer that Jesus prayed found in John 17:1-5 :
"Father, the time has come. Glorify your Son, that your Son may glorify you. For you granted him authority over all people that he might give eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent. I have brought you  glory on earth by completing the work you gave me to do, And now, Father, glorify me in your presence with the glory I had with you before the world begin."
