CCEE1245

Life has settled down a little bit for me, and I am getting back to some of my favorite challenges to do. This is for the CCEE1245 challenge this week to use partial embossing on a card. I really need to start hitting my Christmas card making pretty hard, so here's one I can add to my collection. There was so stamping involved on this one, just embossing and my poinsettia diecut from Spellbinders. I sponged pink ink on the petals and bamboo  and some green ink on the leaves. I also added a strip of ribbon. I wanted to see how glossy white paper would do in the cuttlebug, and it did great. For the center of the poinsettia I added gold half beads.

A very beautiful card, I love the embossing folder that you used and your poinsettia is very pretty. Thanks for joining us over at the CCEE stampers blog.

Blink and a week is gone! I'm so late looking at the links from last week's CCEE challenge, but I'm glad I found a little extra time this morning. I love the clean, elegant look of this - and one of these days I'm going to try a white poinsettia myself.
Fascinated by the music background in your blog - off to look it up!
