Color Dare #62

This week's colors are ruby red, baja breeze, and whisper white. I pulled out an old Stampin' Up wheel for this. I cuttlebugged the stars onto the baja breeze panel. I used some gold cardstock to paper piece the medals and as the frame around the stamped images. The "Congratulations" is from the SU set Well Scripted.
