Isn't this Susie Squirrel from user_id=6923924&ga_search_query=digitalstampoasis&ga_search_type=seller_usernamesthe cutest thing? I colored it with copic markers. These images are so great and you can print out multiple copies at a time. Love this new innovative idea of ways to purchase images and it only takes up some space on your computer and not in your craft room. I'm quickly running out of room in my stamp room and I'm the type that can't part with even one tool, and then there is my great collection of stamps, ribbons, and embellishments that share all that space too.

I was so excited to learn how to use my "00"
copic marker this week on Beate's tutorial on Splitcoaststampers. This is another of the cute images you can find at Digital Stamp Oasis. I used my "00" copic to get the speckled look on Rebecca Rabbit. I also used my copic markers to color these white primas to be the color I needed to coordinate with my papers for this card. I used SU's baja breeze and certainly celery for this card and a piece of Paper Studio design paper (Cool Small Flowers). The leaves are punched with one of my favorite Martha Stewart paper punches.
Digital Stamp Oasis
How excited I was to discover the email from Ellie letting me know I would get to serve on her design team for these adorable digital images. I thought this Rebecca Rabbit image is so perfect for Easter. I put it together with some Basic Grey design paper and this pretty pastel blue cardstock from Paper Trey.

Kitchen Sink Crew Challenge #10
This is for the Kitchen Sink Crew Challenge this week that is a card made using an ATC on it. My Artist Trading Card is actually removeable. I figured that if people collect them, they would want to remove them from the card. So if you pull on the ribbon tab, my ATC lifts out of the vellum mini pocket it is resting in. I used some of my groovy guava stash. I just love that color and thought it made a very lovely tulip. Check out the fun at Kitchen Sink!

This week's scripture
I wanted to share this scripture from James with you this week. I used it as my scripture challenge card on Splitcoaststampers this week. I hoarded some of my soft sky after it retired so I used it today with baja breeze and this blooming branch from Stampin' Up's Embrace Life set.
I added a few paper punched pieces and these little pearls and thought it all looked peaceful and calm, for as the verse says, man's anger does not bring about the righteous life that God desires. Have a blessed week!!!

Welcoming spring
I've been on spring break and although I've been busy stamping, I haven't gotten to my computer much. So, today I loaded this card I made for Flourishes Timeless Tuesday Challenge. This barely banana just reminds me that spring is finally here and used a Flourish stamp from their Spring ephemerals set (now how more appropriate can you get for this lovely spring card?) I used pearls for the centers and punched the little flowers with my Stampin' Up Trio flower punch. I used Stampin' Up's scallop border punch up the side and then paper pierced it. Happy Spring!!!

Color throwdown challenges
If you are ever stumped about what colors to put together, go to the Color Throwdown Challenge blog as they have new colors every week. This week I liked that they even give you the option of selecting which green you wanted to use with the tempting turquiose and elegant eggplant. They always have such terrific samples to see each week as well to really get your creative juices flowing. The challenges change every Wednesday, a great way to fire back up on Hump day!!!

Rubber Stamp Tapestry set
I love these peg handled stamps by Rubber Stamp Tapestry. Just got this new one and thought the butterfly from God's Beauty looked great with it. This is the scripture I am sharing for this week from Phillippians. May you be blessed this week!

I had such a wonderful week last week. I won this stamp set from Crafty Secrets by participating in one of their challenges over on Paper Craft Planet. I just love their wonderful vintage stamps. I love those sweet little children's faces on their stamp sets. I also won the "outside the box" catagory on the contest Kitchen Sink Stamps had going for the past two months. I'm looking forward to KS's new Monday challenges that will give stampers a chance to win some Kitchen Sink stamps. These are two great companies that put a lot of incentive out there for stampers to participate in these fun challenges.
Back in February I went to a great shoebox swap in San Antonio and while there visited the Stamp San Antonio store and found this delightful stamp set from Rubber Stamp Tapestry. They are peg stamps, so small and wonderful. It was a great discovery for me, since I was not familar with this company. I made this card today for Splitcoaststampers' featured stamper challenge today. Judi, this week's featured stamper, had used a Rubber Stamp Tapestry stamp on her card that I cased. I thought this was a fun ribbon treatment. I was going for the look of a ribbon being weaved around the wreath. I don't use purples very often, but really like this done with the purples. The sentiment is one of my new ones I ordered from Stampin' Up.

Color Challenge 208 on SCS
Today's color challenge on SCS uses kiwi kiss, pink passion, and chocolate chip. The Basic Grey Sultry collection has a variety of papers that have these colors in it, so I made use of one of them. Sometimes I find these bolder prints on dp more difficult to work into a card, but with SU's new Fifth Avenue Florals, I found this worked rather well today. This is my scripture verse for this week. Have a great week stamping, scraping, or whatever meets your fancy!!!!
